My Encounter with Ad Varheu “From Amsterdam to Our school”

Here I am in Amsterdam, with the privilege of meeting Ad Varheul, a brilliant mind and the founder of the Snoezelen classroom sensory stimulation method, particularly effective for intellectual disabilities. At the end of the fifth day, I can say that I have met a wonderful, warm, and approachable person. Every word he shares conveys expertise and a deep

love for what he has built. I am sure I will return home full of new ideas and projects for all our students.
